- What is a seat?
- One seat is one metro plus one trade, e.g. Dallas–Fort Worth roofing. Want pools in Houston too? That is a second seat. Every seat costs the same and you can change what a seat covers whenever you like.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes, 14 days. A card is required to start, and you can cancel before the trial ends without being charged.
- Where does the data come from?
- Public permit records published by each city or county: open-data portals, GIS services and weekly reports. Every row in your email links to the source record.
- How fresh is it?
- Most feeds update daily and you get them the next morning. Some cities publish weekly; those show up the morning after the report is posted.
- Can I export?
- Yes. The dashboard shows the last 30 days for your seats and exports CSV.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, from Billing. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
